TIMOTHY PRATT is Executive Vice President, Secretary and General Counsel at Boston Scientific Corporation.  Tim joined the Company in May of 2008 where he is responsible for worldwide management of all legal functions. He also has responsibility for Global Compliance, Global Regulatory Affairs, and Government Affairs for the Company. Previously, Tim worked for the law firm of Shook, Hardy & Bacon. He concentrated his practice in the defense of national pharmaceutical and medical device litigation and toxic tort cases. Among his awards are Lawdragon's Top 500 Litigators in America, Who's Who Among International Products Liability Defense Counsel, Best Lawyers in America and Top 100 SuperLawyers in Kansas and Missouri. He serves on the board of the Federation of Defense and Corporate Counsel.
