MICHAEL X. IMBROSCIO is a Partner at Covington & Burling LLP in Washington, DC.  Mr. Imbroscio represents pharmaceutical companies in complex civil litigation and parallel government and congressional investigations.  He regularly advises clients on preemption and related issues implicating drug safety regulatory requirements and civil liability.  Mr. Imbroscio graduated magna cum laude from Harvard Law School, where he was an Editor of the Harvard Law Review, and previously served as Associate Counsel to the President in the Clinton White House from 1997-1999.
